a·ware [uh-wair]
adjective
1. having knowledge; conscious; cognizant
For a long time, I told myself I wanted to travel the world. I never knew why, really. I knew that I wanted to witness what it had to offer, but I didn’t know for what reason. What am I going to do with all of the sights I’ve seen?
I still do not know. However, I learned through my first journey out of the United States that I am not only looking. I am looking, feeling, absorbing, realizing, learning, and seizing all these new moments. So, with that I realized what I want to know is: where is my place in the world?
The only way I can begin to figure this out is to be more aware, in every way possible. And I thank my trip to the U.A.E for that.
